About Us

WHO ARE WE     ………………………….   One School Organistion Party

WHAT DO WE STAND FOR   ………….  Equality of Education for ALL

WHY IS OUR PARTY NEEDED AT THIS TIME
Education is far from equal for all students today -  buildings, facilities, technology and resources vary markedly across the Australian education system with far too many schools and students subject to overcrowded classrooms, derelict/run down buildings, lack of  modern facilities and access to the latest technology and equipment.
The One School Education Organization Party is for An EXCITING LEARNING FUTURE for all students, and to achieve this we must move away from the old British schooling system that operates at the present time.
The present school system is based on the 18th Century model of society which had 3 school systems: - private schools for the wealthy, religious schools (catholic) and government schools.  The system is entrenched in ‘old thinking’ of how society is structured and how to teach students. We cannot keep tweeking it and hope it will work effectively.  No one uses a manual typewriter or old style telephone today. But if you did you cannot expect it to work like a laptop or mobile by simply trying to add new technology to it.  You have to give the old away and work with the new.
We are in the 21st Century and we require new systems for educating our students.  This is a new world with new industries and social structure and so we need a new school system where all students have equal access to the best society has to offer. The present system offers inequalities in – education, societal integration and job prospects.
The One School Education system will be strictly education orientated.  This means no private, religious or cultural school just school campuses.
